A: Udemy President Club begins on Monday, May 5 (for those traveling more than 15 hours) until Friday, May 9. The purpose of President’s Club is for you and your guest to relax & recharge. So in addition to plenty of daily time at leisure to soak in the sun or enjoy what our hosting destination has to offer, we have arranged the following:
A hosted local excursion/activity is available to you and your guest for either Wednesday, May 7 or Thursday, May 8. Please refer to the final activity confirmation for details.
Official evening socials are arranged for the evenings of Tuesday, May 6 to Thursday, May 8 for you to network with attending executives and fellow honored Udemates. These events include:

A: Aside from your airline tickets with your legal names and passport, here are a few steps you need to take to ease your arrival into Bali.
- Secure your Balinese visitor or appropriate Visa. This can be secured in advance or at the airport.
- Fill out the online Health Pass - All international visitors must complete a Health Pass before entering Indonesia. Please fill out the form before boarding your flight to Bali.
- Complete the Customs Declaration – The Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) form is completed online before arrival. You’ll receive a QR code. We recommend taking a screenshot of this and have it ready to show at customs.
REMINDER: Passports must be valid and not near expiration within 6 months of your departure date.

A: On official Presidents Club dates, Udemy has organized transportation to the Ritz Carlton, Bali. Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), a shuttle will take you directly to The Ritz Carlton, Bali. The arrivals hall can be busy, so here’s everything you need to know for a smooth transfer.
What to Expect:
A ground transport representative will meet you outside the arrivals hall. After passing through customs, walk straight through the arrivals hall, past Starbucks. Turn right at Starbucks, continue straight, and then turn left to exit the building.

A. As much of President’s Club is rest and relaxation time, please feel free to order lunch, have a cocktail at the pool or just chill in the room with room service. Udemy will remove up to $130 a day per double room from your sleeping room incidentals ($65 for individuals). Anything above and beyond this amount you have charged to your room will be at your expense and settled upon check-out.

In the event of an emergency, the Ritz-Carlton has a 24-hour Duty Manager on-site, with key staff trained in first aid. A nurse is also on call should assistance be needed. There are two hospitals located within a 10-minute drive of the property if further medical care is required. A: The Stride team will make your extension request to the hotel. Based on availability, the negotiated bed and breakfast rate of $300 USD per night can be available 3 days prior and 3 days post the President’s Club dates. This rate includes a daily breakfast. Note there is limited availability between the 1st and 4th of May and rooms will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Stride will confirm the available rate for your extension, and you can choose to accept or decline it.
