Accommodation Arrangements
The SSKO event team will make reservations for the entire group at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel based on your requested check-in & check-out dates. If you are part of UB, your room & tax will be part of the overall Udemy bill with the Sheraton. Any special guests or additional departments invited to attend will pay for all associated hotel fees upon check-out.
Udemy has a group rate of $209 plus applicable tax for the week of January 26 - January 30. Additional nights at the hotel will be at a reduced rate based on occupancy. The SSKO event team will quote this rate to you once availability is confirmed.
